Improving the mental health of the community through education, advocacy and support.

Mental Health America of Northeast Florida is pleased to announce the establishment of the Federation of Families of Northeast Florida, a chapter of the National Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health.  This parent-run organization will inform, educate and support families who have children and adolescents with mental and behavioral health disorders.

We invite family members and youth from Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties to participate in the future development of our local Chapter. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact Desiree Durham-DeLeon, Family Coordinator at (904) 379-0617 or email desiree@mhajax.org.
